Booking Settings
Controls how close to check-in a booking can be made.
These drive the live pricing shown on the site and the actual amount charged — there's no separate copy to edit elsewhere.
Off by default — no charge for dogs unless you turn this on. When on, it's added once per stay (not per night) whenever a guest ticks "Bringing a dog?" at checkout.
Guest Messages
Automatic emails sent to direct-booking guests — check-in day access details, and a check-out-eve reminder. Times are UK local time.

These prices drive the booking calendar and payment amounts live on the site — changes take effect immediately.

Give this link to Airbnb, Booking.com, or any other platform's "import a calendar" setting — it publishes your direct bookings so they block those dates too.

Create a code and a % off. Set it to 100% to comp a stay entirely — no Stripe payment will be taken for that booking.
